Manchester United Player Salaries 2016 (Revealed)

Manchester United’s wage bill is certain to rise again with some high profile signings like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and world record transfer of Paul Pogba getting lucrative salaries at the club. Zlatan’s 1 year contract is set to be worth around £220,000 a week while Mkhitaryan will pocket £140,000 a week. We take a look at all Manchester United players salaries and contracts.

Manchester United failed to secure lucrative champions league berth after finishing fifth 2015-16 premier league season and they have already forked out £57 million on buying 2 new players (Eric Bailly and Henrikh Mkhitaryan) and they are on the verge of completing record breaking £100 million transfer of Paul Pogba. Zlatan Ibrahimovic 1 year contract is worth £220,000 a week.
Wage Bill 2016-17: United’s wage bill was the highest in the league in 2014-15 season (£215.8m) but they they discarded Van Persie, Falcao, Di Maria, Nani, Javier Hernendez and Rafael De Silva in 2015-16 season resulting in their wage bill dropping to £203 million last season and we can only expect it to rise again this season under Mourinho.
